None of it is legal advice, none of it is medical advice, and nothing here makes any action lawful that would otherwise not be. A reader who follows a verification procedure correctly, sets up PGP correctly, or picks the right operating system for their threat model has reduced specific, named risks — being phished, being deanonymised by a mistake, losing funds to an exit scam. None of that changes whether the underlying activity is legal where that reader lives, and none of it is a guarantee against any outcome, including the ones the site itself documents happening to other people.
The legal exposure is real, and it depends on where you live
Using Tor is not, on its own, illegal in the large majority of countries, and using a hardware wallet, PGP, or a privacy-preserving cryptocurrency is not illegal either — the Tor Browser safety page and the cryptocurrency privacy page go through what current law actually restricts on each. What is illegal in most places, and enforced, is buying, selling, or shipping most of what a Tor market lists, and the penalties scale with the substance or item, the quantity, and the jurisdiction — sometimes dramatically. Accessing a market with a fully verified address and a clean opsec setup does not change any of that. A small number of jurisdictions go further and restrict or heavily monitor the use of Tor itself, which is a separate and narrower fact from "Tor is illegal" as a blanket claim, and it is a reader's own responsibility to know which category their own jurisdiction falls into. This site does not know what that category is for any individual reader and is not able to tell them — that requires a lawyer licensed where they live, not a page on a website.

The markets directory documents specific, sourced cases of mislabelled and substituted drugs reaching buyers on these markets — an independent testing log turning up an "LSD" listing that came back as a substantially more dangerous compound is the kind of thing that page names rather than glosses over. That is reporting on a risk, not guidance on how to manage it: this site does not publish dosing information, purity testing instructions, or any other harm-reduction content, and no page here is going to start. A reader looking for that kind of information needs a dedicated harm-reduction resource or a medical professional, not a review site — treating a market review as a substitute for either is a mistake this disclaimer exists to head off.
Every dated claim on this site is a snapshot, not a live status
A market described as operating "as of" a given date may have gone dark, been seized, or exit-scammed by the time that page is read again — the exit scam page and the takedown ledger both exist because that happens often enough to need tracking. A version number, a feature description, or a coin policy is true as of the date attached to it and is not re-verified every time the page loads. The date on a claim is part of the claim; reading the sentence without it is reading half of what the page actually said.
